RETURN POLICY
Under no circumstances can a refund be considered unless the original invoice number/proof of purchase accompanies the goods. Returns will be decided on a case-to-case basis. Returns will incur a 30% restocking fee and can be refused.
Criteria to meet:

Parts are in original packaging and resalable condition (unworn, un-used, unwashed) with packaging & tags.

Goods have not been fitted and are not scratched, marked or dirty.

Goods are re-packaged as you received them (e.g. helmets inside helmet bag)

No tape applied or damage to retail packaging & boxes

Request for refund is within 7 days of delivery/instore purchase.

We will not refund you if you simply change your mind.
We ask that customers provide all reliant details for these vehicles (make, model, vin, and engine number) where necessary, as all special orders and electrical goods will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to offer a replacement or repair on products that have minor faults, damaged upon opening, substandard or not fit for use. For parts with any major problems you will be refunded as per our suppliers returns policy - photos and explanations of major problems will be forwarded to them. This process can take up to 2-3 weeks, the more information we have, the quicker the refund.
PACKAGING FOR RETURN:
Package the item carefully so that no damage is done during return shipping.
- If you are returning boots, helmets or any item which is in a box, please wrap the box up in a garbage bag so that the box is not damaged in transit and no tape or label is applied directly to the box.
